So before going for online process check your net banking password and user name must works fine. Nearly all banks have given facilities to attach aadhar with account but it only visible when you login inside your accounts. Rest process are same for all banks so follow the below given steps to link aadhr with bank account and avoid any interruption in banking services.

  • First, You must login to your internet banking account
  • Inside the internet banking dashboard, you should find link related to “Update Aadhar Card or Link Aadhar Card”
  • Now click on that link and you will get new page related to aadhr card seeding with bank
  • In new page, you should enter the aadhar card number (aadhar details must match with your bank details)
  • You have to confirm your aadhar number and then after click on submit button
  • Aadhar online linking application has been submitted and your linking process has been started
  • After few days banks has sent a message or email for the confirmation of linking aadhar card with your bank accounts.

Many Indian’s are unable to operate internet banking and due to that they can’t do online aadhar linking so for those people we have another option that is offline ways to attach aadhar card with bank accounts. So steps link aadhar card through the bank application form.
  • Either you should download application form from here or take from bank
  • Fill that application form with proper details
  • Must provide correct information like account number, IFCS Code, Address, Aadhar Number etc
  • Now attach photo copy of aadhar card with application form
  • Must do signature on both documents
  • After that submit the application form to bank officials
  • Bank personal will check your original aadhar always keep original copy of aadhar
  • They will kept you application for the next process
  • After few days you will get information about attaching aadhar card through SMS or email
